    dwell East End Adelaide – Summary of Promotional Terms and Conditions

    Please note: At any time during the Campaign Period, dwell East End Adelaide reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and/or withdraw the Campaign for any or all of the promotions stated below.

    Terms and Conditions – RED HOT DEALS

    • Sign a contract for 52 weeks, 26 weeks or 13 weeks at dwell East End Adelaide and receive a promotional rate for a limited time only, as described in https://dwellstudent.com.au/adelaide/#rooms
    • Promotion period: 1st August 2022, End date: 5:00 pm 30th September 2022, local time (ACST)
    • Booking check in date must be before 31st October 2022.
    • Promotional rates are valid for new bookings only
    • Promotional rates are subject to room availability
    • dwell East End Adelaide reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions

    Terms and Conditions – Refer a Friend Promotion

    • Refer a friend who signs a contract for 52 weeks at dwell East End Adelaide and get $300 Rent Credit each for you and your friend
    • Referral Friend means the person specified as “Your Friend” & who is not a current resident at dwell East End Adelaide
    • The promotion ends at 5:00 pm on 30th September 2022, local time (ACST)
    • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion at dwell East End Adelaide, except with special rates
    • A Residential Agreement for a contract term of not less than 52 weeks must be entered into by “Your Friend”
    • Rewards will only be applied when evidence of referral is made before the friend books and the confirmation is presented when the friend is moving in, such as a filled out ‘Refer A Friend’ form or confirmation email with both referrer and friend’s details on it
    • Rent Credit means a once-off rent credit to be applied to the referrer and referral friend’s rental accounts
    • The Rent Credit is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash

    • Sign a contract for 52 weeks at dwell East End Adelaide and receive $100 in visa gift card.
    • You must be classified as an eligible new resident at dwell East End Adelaide to claim this promotion.
    • A Residential Agreement for a contract term of 52 weeks must be entered into
    • This promotion closes at 5:00 pm on 30th September 2022 local time (ACST)
    • The visa gift card is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash
    • Dwell East End Adelaide reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions
