Eligibility

• • • This promotion is open to all existing or returning residents booking their stay at Dwell East End Adelaide (DEEA) for the 2025 term.
    • To qualify, residents must secure a 52-week booking with a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one week’s rent between 10 and 31 January 2025, by 11:59 PM ACDT.

Room Makeover Prize

• • • The winner will receive a room makeover worth AUD $888, including decor and furnishing upgrades approved by Dwell Student Living management.
    • For shared apartments, the winner may use the prize to decorate their individual bedroom or enhance the shared space with their roommates.
    • The makeover process will be documented, and the winner must agree to:
    • Participate in the documentation of the makeover journey.
    • Be featured in promotional materials, including photos, videos, and testimonials.

How to Enter

• • • All eligible residents who complete their booking during the campaign period will automatically be entered into the draw.
    • The lucky draw will be conducted live on Instagram (@dwellstudentau) on 5 February 2025 at 1:30 PM ACDT.
