The residential fees include:

If you’d like to share an apartment with a friend, please specify this on your application form. Given our high demand, we can’t guarantee to fulfill all requests, but we’ll definitely try our best to accommodate you.
The earlier you and your friend apply, the easier it is for us to assign you to the same apartment.
Are pets allowed?
No pets, including fish, may be kept in the dwell Village Melbourne City. Additionally, residents are not permitted to bring animals into any building of the dwell Village Melbourne City. This rule does not apply to the extent that it restricts the keeping of a guide or hearing dog.
How long are the contracts?
Students can choose between a 52 / 44 /24 weeks contract.
Exchange students can enjoy a 24 weeks SAEX package.

How can I pay my rent?
You can make payment via credit card or bank transfer. There will be associated charges related to these type of payments which are charged by the banks.

What happens if I don’t get a Visa?
No Visa – No Pay.
If you are a prospective international resident of the dwell Village Melbourne City and you were not able to secure an offer of a place at any university in Melbourne or unable to secure a visa to study in Australia, your room reservation will be terminated without penalty. To cancel your booking, please complete a Contract Termination Form. International resident contracts can only be cancelled prior to the Residential Agreement contract start date.
