dwell East End Adelaide 2025 Semester 1 Early Bird Promotion
- This promotion is available to all new and returning residents booking rooms for Semester 1, 2025, at dwell East End Adelaide.
- The Early Bird pricing applies to bookings made during the promotion period, from 18th September 2024 to 30 November 2024.
- Your booking must be made as a single reservation and cannot be split into multiple bookings.
- Early Bird pricing is available for a limited number of rooms, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the allocated rooms are sold out, Early Bird pricing will no longer be available, and room prices may increase during the promotional period without prior notice.
- To secure a booking under the Early Bird promotion, a non-refundable deposit equal to one week’s rent must be paid, and the booking must be submitted online.
- Cancellations or changes to bookings made under the Early Bird promotion will be subject to dwell East End Adelaide’s standard cancellation policy.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly stated by dwell East End Adelaide.
- dwell East End Adelaide reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, although all confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon price.
Pay Early Save Big Promotion
- Pay in full for 52 weeks and get a $500 rebate, or choose 26 weeks and receive a $250 rebate.
- To be eligible for the rebate, residents must pay the full rental amount for either 52 weeks or 26 weeks prior to the contract start date as stipulated in the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
- Your booking must be made as a single reservation and cannot be split into multiple bookings.
- The promotion is not applicable to dual occupants (2nd occupant) of studio apartment rooms or equivalent room types.
- Rent rebate amount will only be credited to the resident’s account at the end of lease.
- Rent rebate is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash
- In the event of lease transfer or cancelation, all promotion incentives will be voided.
- Dwell East End Adelaide reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions regarding eligibility and rebate allocation are at the discretion of dwell East End Adelaide management.
Refer a Friend Promotion
- Refer a friend who signs a contract for 52 weeks at dwell East End Adelaide and get $300 Rent Credit each for you and your friend
- Referral Friend means the person specified as “Your Friend” & who is not a current resident at dwell East End Adelaide
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion at dwell East End Adelaide, except with special rates
- A Residential Agreement for a contract term of not less than 52 weeks must be entered into by “Your Friend”
- Rewards will only be applied when evidence of referral is made before the friend books and the confirmation is presented when the friend is moving in, such as a filled out ‘Refer A Friend’ form or confirmation email with both referrer and friend’s details on it
- Rent Credit means a once-off rent credit to be applied to the referrer and referral friend’s rental accounts
- The Rent Credit is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash
