Promo Terms & Conditions – 2025 Sem 2 Just Got an Upgrade – Free Stay Include

• Promotion valid for 52 or 26-week bookings
• Residents will get 2 weeks’ free stay for a 52-week booking, and 1-week free stay for a 26-week booking.
• Offer valid for new bookings at Dwell East End Adelaide 
• Promo ending 31st May 2025, 23:59 ACDT or before rooms sell out, whichever comes first. 
• The rent-free weeks apply at the end of your lease term. 
• Bookings must be a single reservation. 
• This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. 
• The rent-free weeks are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
• Cancellations or changes to bookings will be subject to Dwell’s standard cancellation policy. 
• In the event of any disputes, the decision of Dwell Student Living management will be final. 

• Pay in full for 52 weeks and get a $500 rebate, or choose 26 weeks and receive a $250 rebate.
• To be eligible for the rebate, residents must pay the full rental amount for either 52 weeks or 26 weeks prior to the contract start date as stipulated in the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
• Your booking must be made as a single reservation and cannot be split into multiple bookings.
• The promotion is not applicable to dual occupants (2nd occupant) of studio apartment rooms or equivalent room types.
• Rent rebate amount will only be credited to the resident’s account at the end of lease.
• Rent rebate is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash
• In the event of lease transfer or cancelation, all promotion incentives will be voided.
• Dwell East End Adelaide reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Referral Friend means the person specified as “Your Friend” & who is not a current resident at dwell East End Adelaide
