2. Complete Your Booking: Select your room and term, then click ‘Book Now.’ You’ll be redirected to the Dwell Student Portal. Log in to your existing account and complete your booking by submitting a one-week holding deposit.
3. Enjoy Your Rewards: Your confirmed booking automatically qualifies you for the $1,088 room makeover giveaway.
4. Be the Lucky Winner: Join us on Instagram Live on 30 December 2024 at 2 PM AEDT to see if you’re the lucky winner!

Eligibility

• • • Open to all current and returning residents rebooking their stay at Dwell Village Melbourne City (DVMC) for the 2025 term.
    • To qualify, residents must complete a 52-week rebooking with a non-refundable deposit equal to one week’s rent by 25 December 2024, 11:59 PM (local time).

• Room Makeover Prize
  • The winner will receive a room makeover worth AUD $1,088, including decor and furnishing upgrades approved by Dwell Student Living management.
  • For shared apartments, the prize can be used to enhance the individual bedroom or shared spaces.
  • The makeover process will be documented, and the winner must agree to:
    • Participate in the documentation of the makeover journey.
    • Be featured in future promotional materials, including photos, videos, and testimonials.

How to Enter

• • • All eligible residents who complete their rebooking during the campaign period will automatically be entered into the draw.
    • The lucky draw will be conducted live on Instagram (@dwellstudentau) on 30 December 2024 at 2 PM AEDT.
